Standing Committees
Membership and Ethics Committee
The Membership and Ethics Committee reviews membership applications and recommends candidates to the Executive Board for approval. The committee also brings to the board any matters involving archaeological ethics which require action. Committee members serve a two-year term and are appointed by the President. The committee is chaired by the Vice-President.

Nominating and Elections Committee
Every two years, the Nominating and Elections Committee is appointed by the President to solicit nominations, assemble a slate of candidates for PAC’s elected offices, and set the schedule for elections and announcing results. The committee serves in the months leading up to an election until the time when new officers are installed during the PAC Spring meeting.
